Founded in 2017, Bedivere Legal was created to support our clients in any legal matters pertaining to construction and commercial law within the construction, engineering, major infrastructure and resources industries.

 

Bedivere Legal can also provide stand-alone advisors to deliver one-off assistance or ongoing contentious and non-contentious legal advice if our client so requests. This can be arranged through short, medium or long-term secondments, allowing our solicitors to become a part of our client’s team, under their instruction.

 

Our solicitors are admitted by the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia and have experience working as contracts engineers, managers and administrators, so they fully understand the project lifecycle and are highly proficient in handling any situation.
