Bedivere Group consists of three entities providing commercial, legal and corporate advisory services.
Founded in 2014 to provide end-to-end project commercial services, Bedivere Group has grown organically to provide legal services, business advisory and interim management.
For our clients, that means we are able to provide a single, reliable interface for any or all of their commercial, legal and corporate advisory needs.

Based in Perth, Western Australia, Bedivere Group has grown to a team in excess of 20 commercial, legal and corporate advisory professionals operating across Australia and select international projects.
NICK MALE
FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Nick has over 35 years commercial and contracts management experience in a variety of industries, for clients ranging from blue chip mine owners and ASX200 contractors, to family owned SMEs. Nick’s experience includes the development and management of multi-billion dollar contracting strategies for project owners, multi hundred million dollar claims for contractors and owners, together with the holistic growth and development of commercial systems and departments.
PAUL HISLOP
EXECUTIVE GENERAL MANAGER
Paul is a highly astute claims specialist with a wealth of experience across a number of sectors. Paul has developed a number of claims for Bedivere clients in the mining, and civil infrastructure space including development of a head contract commercial negotiation document upon a $500m+ commodity processing and infrastructure project, and claims preparation for several of our civil engineering subcontractor clients.
ROB WALKER
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Rob brings extensive expertise in the preparation of complex contractual claims and commercial management of construction, civil engineering, and residential projects. With his core technical skills such as daily project management, cost planning, procurement, financial forecasting, progress reporting, and quantity surveying, Rob is an expert in managing complex projects from start to finish. His specialisation lies in developing claims and adjudications, providing leadership, and resolving disputes collaboratively.
JADE BRERETON
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Jade is an expert in construction and project management, with over 20 years of experience in the field. His areas of expertise include project planning, scheduling, and risk management, and he is highly skilled in developing and managing schedules for complex major projects using Primavera. Jade's ability to create and execute project plans with meticulous attention to detail enables him to ensure timely delivery and successful completion of even the most complex projects.
ANNE ROWLEY
GROUP GENERAL COUNSEL
Anne is a highly adept contracts lawyer with considerable and varied experience, including long term engagements as a contracts engineer with Leighton, Calibre, Onyx and Engenium, prior to obtaining her legal qualifications. Anne has acted on a number of matters for Bedivere Group over the past year, including secondments for claims development and related matters.
DANNY SOOS
SENIOR CONTRACTS MANAGER
Danny is a hard-working, results focused contracts manager with substantial site experience and a rapid grasp of the key issues in any contracts environment. Danny is highly experienced in working with large project teams and leading the contracts management / administration effort.
KAT MALE
CORPORATE SERVICES MANAGER
Kat coordinates the day-to-day operational activities of the business. With a degree in business management and a passion for excellence, Kat has a track record of delivering outstanding results in various corporate settings. Kat has also provided support to Bedivere’s lawyers and commercial specialists in the areas of claims support, chronology research and documentation, data collation and presentation, financial analysis and progress claim administration.

BEN ISAKSEN
GRADUATE ENGINEER
Ben is a meticulous, multi-faceted engineer. After finishing his first degree in Mechanical Engineering, Ben continued studying Electrical & Electronics Engineering whilst working with Bedivere and developing his skills in a multitude of roles. These roles have included commercial, contract and claims administration, quality management, project engineering and coordination. Having successfully finished his course, Ben is focussing on developing his engineering skills and experience with Bedivere.
